6pm – 8.30pm

Root down & supported inversions. Connect to Express
SATURDAY

9.30am – 12pm

Intro to Flight and happy hips

1.30pm – 4pm

Any other inversion/arm balancing & twisting and kirtan
SUNDAY

9.30am – 12pm

Any backbend or inverted backbends workshop

1.30pm – 4pm

Any backbend or Partner Acro workshop & massage

The CHANGE PERSPECTIVE Practice includes all yoga technics. Use Asanas to reform what has been deform and feel the benefits of gravity to build a solid practice.

All levels are welcome.
The emphasize is for all workshops on working together to be secure, learn to assist to have fun and get deeper.
