Child of the earth, explorer and lover of life and living things. Today it is mainly through her gestures that she shares love and letting go, after 5 years of training in Californian massage, drainage, Ayurvedic, Thai, sports, prenatal... and 10 years of practice.
But also through her authentic teaching that she guides you to take care of your body and your mind after 800 hours of certified training in yoga and movement and 6 years of teaching.
